1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our B2B packaging manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all business customers, distributors, wholesalers, and partners who engage with our OEM/ODM packaging solutions, including blister packaging, thermoformed trays, custom boxes, and adhesive tapes.
2 Business Relationship
Our services are exclusively designed for B2B transactions. We work with:
- International distributors and wholesalers seeking bulk packaging solutions
- Brand owners requiring custom OEM/ODM packaging design and manufacturing
- Overseas procurement agents representing retail and industrial clients
- Companies in hardware, electronics, toys, food, and home goods sectors
All transactions are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) and commercial terms as specified in individual quotations.
3 Services Provided
We offer comprehensive packaging manufacturing services including:
Design & Engineering
3D CAD modeling, prototyping, structural testing, and production-ready file preparation
Manufacturing
Blister packaging, thermoformed trays, custom boxes, printed cards, and adhesive tapes
Quality Assurance
ISO 9001:2015 certified processes, material compliance testing, ROHS/REACH standards
Logistics Support
International shipping (FOB/CIF/DDP), customs documentation, consolidated freight options
Service specifications, lead times, and pricing are confirmed through written quotations and purchase orders.
4 Ordering & Payment Terms
Order Process: All orders must be confirmed through written purchase orders referencing our quotation numbers. Custom tooling and design fees may apply for new projects.
Payment Terms: Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Credit terms may be available for established customers subject to credit approval.
Currency: All pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations are the customer's responsibility.
Price Validity: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date. Material cost changes may require price adjustments for long-term contracts.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
Customer Designs: You retain all intellectual property rights to designs, logos, trademarks, and artwork provided to us for manufacturing. We will not reproduce or use your IP for any other customer without written consent.
Our Designs: Original designs, engineering solutions, and manufacturing processes developed by our team remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data shared during the course of our relationship.
6 Quality Standards & Warranty
We warrant that all products will be manufactured according to approved specifications and samples. Our quality commitment includes:
- ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing processes
- Material compliance with ROHS, REACH, and FDA standards (where applicable)
- Pre-shipment inspection and quality documentation
- Defect rate warranty: Less than 2% for standard production runs
Claims for defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace defective goods or issue credit at our discretion.
7 Shipping & Delivery Terms
Lead Times: Standard production lead time is 20-30 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees.
Incoterms: We offer FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Risk transfers according to chosen Incoterm.
Shipping Documentation: We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs documents as required.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance issues, carrier problems, or customer-requested changes.
8 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption
- Defects resulting from customer-supplied specifications, materials, or artwork
- Damages occurring after delivery and transfer of risk
- Claims made more than 30 days after delivery
9 Cancellation & Return Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins with written notice. Cancellation fees apply for work completed, including design, tooling, and materials purchased.
Returns: Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective. Defective products must be reported within 30 days with supporting documentation.
Restocking Fee: Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition, subject to 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
10 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation through a mutually agreed third party
- Binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules
These terms shall be governed by international commercial law and the laws of our manufacturing jurisdiction.
11 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. For significant changes affecting existing orders, we will provide direct notification.
